Since its foundation in 2007, the Stradivari Quartet has gained an excellent reputation worldwide – in concerts and at its trademark StradivariFESTs. The shared experience in concert and “around it” is central to the quartet, so that the audience is always in close contact, who often enthusiastically follows the ensemble as a loyal “fan community”: Music and cultural enthusiasm at the highest level – in Zurich, Berlin, Cremona and other places.
Without question, the Stradivari Quartet is one of the most interesting ensembles of our time. It gives around 50 concerts a year in Switzerland and all over the world and has performed at venues such as the Wigmore Hall in London, the Philharmonie in Berlin, the Konzerthaus in Vienna, the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, as well as the Metropolitan Museum in New York, the Kioi Hall in Tokyo, the Shanghai Oriental Hall, the National Center for Performing Arts in Beijing and the Seoul Arts Center. Invitations to the most prominent festivals such as the Lucerne Festival, the Kissinger Sommer, the Rheingau Music Festival, the Rubinstein Piano Festival in Lodz, the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and the StradivariFEST in Cremona are further highlights.
